It's a last minute change of arenas because of essential maintanence required in the Roger Stack Arena. Classes originally scheduled for 'Roger Stack' are now in Ring 2 - see updated map on Show Information page www.sunshinetour.co.uk/show-information/ of website. START LISTS & TIMESHOW IT WORKS – PLEASE READ!Start lists & times will be issued later today (Monday 7th September).DRESSAGE – specific start times issued. This is your riding up the centre line time and you will be called forward from warm-up about 15 minutes before your dressage time.SHOW JUMPING – Approximate start times are given for each class. We will try to keep to these timings and update the WhatsApp group if things are different on the day. Allow 2 minutes per round to work out roughly what you jumping time in the arena will be. EVENTERS CHALLENGE – As for show jumping, approximate start times are given. Allow 2.5 minutes per round to work out your expected jump time.SHOWING – Class start times are issued and we will try to stick to these. Bear in mind you will be in the ring for the whole class. IMPORTANT – Some withdrawn competitors will STILL SHOW on the start lists. If you have withdrawn, please do not worry. We will be processing withdrawals over the next few days, and these competitors will be taken off the start lists. TODAY’S lists will have ONE revision to sort out mistakes and clashes. An updated version will be issued before the show. BUT if your entry is OK, you will not be moved.CLASHES – there will be some clashes that we have been unable to sort out. If you feel that your times are IMPOSSIBLE, then you can contact us (email info@sunshinetour.co.uk). We do make mistakes, BUT in many cases, we are aware (and have no option to make things easier) that people have a tight turnaround and a quick change of tack and trot to the next arena will be necessary. If you do have a direct clash, you will have the option to change class. ...
